When you register and use Sontis Management, we collect: • Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted), company name. • Business data: customer information, quotes, orders, and material inventory that you enter into the system. • Usage data: access logs, IP address, browser type, in-app actions.

We use collected information to: • Provide, maintain, and improve our services. • Verify your identity and protect your account. • Send service-related notifications (plan changes, security updates). • Analyze aggregated data (non-identifiable) to improve the product.

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with servers in Japan and the United States. We apply: • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). • Row Level Security (RLS) — each company can only access its own data. • Optional two-factor authentication (2FA). • Automated daily backups.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information: • With technical service providers (Supabase, Vercel) necessary to operate the system. • In response to legal requests from authorized Japanese authorities.

You have the right to: • Access and export your data at any time. • Request correction of inaccurate information. • Delete your account and all associated data (processed within 30 days of request). • Restrict our processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact: support@sontis.app

We only use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. For significant changes, we will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
