Sontis was born from the firsthand experience of Vietnamese engineers working in Japanese precision machining workshops.
Our Story
In 2022, the founder of Sontis noticed that most small-to-mid-sized precision machining shops in Japan were managing quotes in Excel, orders on paper, and inventory from memory. Mistakes happened every day — and no one was measuring the real cost.
We are engineers who lived through those problems. We built Sontis Management not as a massive ERP, but as a genuine partner — lean, multilingual, optimized for the workshop floor's phone screen and the office desktop alike.
